Italy is the Group’s Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products.
We are currently looking for a System IVVQ engineer to join Thales Land and Air Systems in its NAS Center of Competence Gorgonzola (near Milan).
Key Responsibilities and Tasks.

• Support definition of IVVQ strategy and generation of associated estimates and schedule • Propose IVVQ testing methods, acceptance criteria and manage their implementation • Clear and timely communication of design non-compliances to the team and wider internal/external stakeholders.

JIRA) • Lead IVVQ activities either on-site at Gorgonzola or at the customer’s premises to deliver the evidence of compliance with requirements • Prepare System IVVQ activities • Analyse test results and/or data and produce technical reports • Highlight any technical risk associated with the IVVQ phase to the EDM and PDA, proposing any suitable actions to mitigate and manage IVVQ risks • Liaise with the PDA and Architect to ensure that IVVQ is in line with the design and is compliant with all requirements • Support capitalisation activities for the department as well as lessons learned • Ensure unambiguous test ability of requirement The role could require some travels abroad Profile.
• You graduated from an Engineering School with a Master’s degree and you have 2 or more years’ experience in IVVQ • You have a good understanding of IVVQ strategies and philosophies • You have experience of continuous integration.
