SYSTEM AND SOLUTION ARCHITECT (F/M/D) SAP HCM

You are responsible for analyzing requirements and existing architectures as well as defining, coordinating target architectures and for implementing solutions with a focus on SAP HCM integration, digitalization and automation of processes and solutions.
You act innovatively and break new grounds for and with our customers.

services with integrations into the wider Siemens ecosystem, e.
., SAP and non-SAP systems and SaaS services.
We support our customers as a reliable partner with our know-how and creative, innovative ideas in all areas of product and service development.
You provide mentorship to the existing services on how to leverage new technologies, e.
., SAP cloud.
In this context, the demand-oriented extension of existing and design and implementation of new solutions is in focus.

  On a project and operation basis you coordinate a partly virtual team of internal employees and external partners.
  You design, plan, and implement roadmaps for our SAP HCM systems and services.  You pilot and promote them to potential customers and stakeholders.  You implement the solution in close alignment with the operation teams.  You are responsible for assessment, use case identification and communication.  Therefore, you always are on top of the trends, their potential value and technical as well as financial impact.  Ready to create your own journey?   You have many years of professional experience in the field of demand management, project management, and IT architecture development, especially in SAP HCM, S/4HANA and SAP cloud.  You have experience in development of SAP roadmaps, SAP IT architecture building and cloud platform integrations, and configuration and customizing experience in SAP HCM (PY, PA).  You have profound knowledge in architecture development principles and standard methodologies, and a validated technical foundation in SAP HCM and cloud architecture.  You have a confirmed ability to collaborate and contribute to a cross functional product development team in an agile environment; you already live Scrum.  You are creative and have technical judgement as well as strong customer communication skills, enjoy working in teams and are motivated and enthusiastic about your job.
  Your university degree, proficient in English, and your willingness to travel domestically/EU and occasionally international complete your profile.
