The Cluster Europe 2 consists of 13 European production sites, all specialized in production of natural ingredients for the food sector.
Supply Manager PtP Cluster – Doehler Group Fulltime   We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Manager to join our cluster team, which is currently responsible for 13 production sites in Europe and has a strong cooperation with 2 production sites in MEA region.
As a Supply Manager on PtP processes, you will play a critical role in ensuring a timely flow of our raw materials from suppliers to our plants.
You will steer a group of Planning Managers from respective sites & support them on local challenges, drive capability standards, and provide strategic direction for supply planning, inventory management, and network capacity.
Under your supervision will be a total goods flow of more than Mt of raw materials, divided in over SKU's and 8 countries.
Together with local Planning Managers and Group Supply Chain you'll be driving standardization and implementing best practices throughout the plants within the cluster.
Therefore we're looking for someone with a strong personality, good communication skills and experience in change management.
As Doehler is key partner of SAP and thrives to be at the forefront of innovation, having expert knowledge on SAP ERP modules is an absolute must.
Your role You drive standardization and automation agendas together with the Planning Managers of the local plants, the Cluster team and Doehler Group Supply Chain You develop and implement supply vs demand strategies, network capacity strategies, inventory management strategies, and service level strategies, ensuring clear responsibilities, KPIs, targets, and roadmaps You act as a point of escalation for inventory management, parameter settings, supply vs demand strategy, network capacity, and target settings within the Cluster.
You own replenishment strategy and network parameters, ensuring alignment with inventory policy and conducting regular parameters audits You own supply and inventory performance metrics, lead gap analysis and improvement action plans, and drive supply network improvements in cash, cost, and customer service results You lead the Planning Managers in Raw Material inventory health analysis, root causing, and decision-making regarding Non-Performing Inventory.
You achieve Continuous Improvement through daily/weekly/monthly work processes, reduce/eliminate touches within the organization, and relentlessly drive operational excellence You lead large PtP projects and are responsible for the deliverables within the allotted time and budget   Your profile BSc or BA in supply chain management, science, or engineering.
Master or advanced degree preferred 5+ years of supply chain management and planning experience in a global or multi-plant CPG/FMCG company 2-3 years of experience in a people leader or team leader capacity Experience with SAP and Celonis Strong understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to present complex analysis in understandable forms to business stakeholders Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy Strong analytical skills Fluency in English   Your Benefits Culture.
