Key Responsibilities.
Develop and execute demand and supply planning strategies to meet customer requirements while minimizing costs.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring alignment with company policies and business needs.
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely product availability.
Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
Support and enhance Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and availability reports.
Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Qualifications University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related At least 4 years’ experience in a related field (inventory planning, supply or demand planning, etc.) Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of ERP systems, Basic knowledge of Python coding for data analysis and automation, Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented, Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn about supply chain operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
