Job Description Supply Chain Engineer (Suppliers) Temp 1 year This is a key role where you will oversee the downstream supply chain to deliver a great customer service and operational excellence by delivering an effective strategic and tactical production planning methodology.
Taking full ownership of the customer experience from order placement to the delivery of the products, on time.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, in this role you will be responsible for managing the work orders cycle daily through production, create master production plans by optimizing machine efficiencies, resource availability and shift patterns, proposing necessary adjustments in operational requirements.
Manage all the goods stocking policies, inventory levels and engineering change requests, providing customers service with consistency, deliverable lead times.
Migrate data analyses information.
In this role you will manage the product master data within the system, the work orders cycle daily through production, resolving issues as they arise and facilitate internal supply chain meetings reporting on time delivery, inventory levels and schedule adherence.
This role would suit a determined problem-solver, who can build relationships with suppliers, working collaboratively on achieving the supply chain requirements, excellent computer’s program skills.
Qualifications Experience Requirements.
Educated to degree level or with appropriate workplace experience/qualification.
Strong data analysis expert Use of common tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent English The Successful Candidate.
Excellent relationship management, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Able to think strategically and translate the strategy into operational performance.
APIC’s certified 6 Sigma green belt trained and/or lean equivalent.
