We are therefore looking for a Stock Control & Dispatch Technician to join us in our on-site Pharmacy to ensure everything is kept in order as our stock increases. The pharmacy fulfils medical cannabis prescriptions supporting safe and affordable access to medical cannabis. About the Role: Our pharmacy deals with high volumes of prescription medication which are under the strictest regulations of the controlled drug act. We therefore require a methodical Stock Control & Dispatch Technician with a keen eye for accuracy to ensure all processes are followed to a T and our medication is logged and stored correctly at all times. Duties will include, but not be limited to: Packing and dispatching orders Receiving and booking in pharmacy stock Stock control and management of the pharmacy safe Maintaining accurate records Working with colleagues, wholesalers/suppliers, patient-support, and staff in the wider business to deal with and resolve enquiries About You: In order to be successful in this role, it is essential you: Are organised and methodical in your approach Hold great attention to detail and an eye for accuracy in all situations Are able to follow processes and protocols Value teamwork, both in your immediate circle and throughout the wider company Adhere to patient confidentiality without exceptions Have strong Literacy, Numeracy, and IT skills Although not vital, experience working within a stock control or dispatching environment would be highly beneficial.
