A day in the life of the Statutory Expert Statutory and Group Reporting • Produces the Market Statutory Reporting in compliance with local accounting regulations • Handles any Accounting related processes which remain with Market Retained Organization • Ensures compliance with Nestlé guidelines, Group instructions and best practices • Completes Pre-PEC health checks • Reviews and approves Management account schedules Balance-Sheet (CACT schedules prepared prepared by Nestle Shared Service Center) • Responsible for the completion of remaining in-market Management account schedules and overall submission to the Group as per calendar General Accounting • Reviews and approves reconciliations done by the Nestle Shared Service Center; Resolve any unreconciled items (banks, general ledger, intragroup, provision) routed by the Nestle Shared Service Center • Prepares reconciliations of Balance Sheet Account in accordance with corporate policies and IFRS Standards • Single Point of Contact of Nestle Shared Service Center • Ensures action closure together with Shared Service Center team, attending Weekly and Monthly Record to Report Operations review • Supports in driving improvement to ensure efficiencies in Period End Close activities, leveraging tools and people capabilities • Acts as Total Service Quality ambassador to ensure partnership with R2R Nestle Shared Service Center, ensuring improvement of Net Promoter Score What will make you successful • Enjoy working as a Team • Used to work under time constraints, deriving motivation from the challenges it presents • Great communication skills and ability to work with remote teams • Formal Accountancy qualification • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel), SAP • Proficiency in English and Italian is a must • Previous auditor experience is a nice to have
