SR VIDEO PRODUCER

Description About this role.
The Senior Producer is a key role within the Creative Center of Excellence (CCOE), Gartner’s in-house creative agency.  This role will report into and partner with a Director, Video Production to help oversee strategic video solutions for a variety of video projects and initiatives What you will do:    Be a key member of the inhouse production team to shoot live action interviews and offsite events and interviews.
 Ability to shoot, edit and add graphics fast.
 1/2 video/editor storyteller, 1/2 producer/shooter  Maintain the highest creative, conceptual and production standards – producing compelling work with flawless execution, while constantly ensuring brand integrity and consistency  Translate client objectives into compelling, creative video editing, including selecting best music tonally and creatively for the edit, understanding the aesthetic use of typography in video.
 Develop and deliver visually compelling videos that reflect Gartner’s corporate brand guidelines and industry best practices  Seamlessly integrate motion graphics design into video.
 Share passion for great production methods with latest technology and editing styles.
 Ensure video and graphic solutions support specific storytelling needs of the projects.
 Proactively communicate within production team and wider ecosystem of colleagues on projects What you will need.
 Bachelor’s Degree preferred  57 years in Production/Editing experience in corporate, agency or broadcast  Editing, skills with Premiere and good understanding of After Effects  Working knowledge of RED Dragon/Komodo, Canon C300, Mirrorless and other top line production cameras.
 Expert ability to understand and visually translate complex business topics and trends  Expert storyteller with seemingly effortless ability to go from script to screen using stock video, motion graphics and shot elements through Open Reel or in studio shoots  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to make strong presentations and sell through ideas internally and externally  Demonstrated ability to collaborate and share skills with production team members  Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills  Positive attitude towards problem solving and attention to detail  Ability to quickly adjust to new situations and maintain focus to meet tight deadlines #LI-KR2 Who are we?   At Gartner, Inc.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is USD - USD.
Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
