SR SPECIALIST, DIGITAL RESEARCH SOLUTIONS (SUPPLY CHAIN PRACTICE)

Description About this role:    A Senior Specialist partners closely with supply chain experts/researchers, client advisors, and software developers to manage the delivery of new and existing research-based interactive content.
The senior specialist will partner with senior members in the team to identify product requirements and design solutions that solve complex supply chain business challenges at scale.
This role will report to the Managing Vice President, Supply Chain Quantitative Analytics & Digital Innovation.  What you’ll do.
  Manage the delivery of critical supply chain interactive publications on a regular cadence (e.
., Monthly Supply Chain Alert)  Create and evolve digital assets/tools that are rooted in client problems and leverage best-practice research concepts   Partner on solution strategy, planning, and life cycle management efforts  Translate research best practices into actionable product wireframes and user stories  Dissect client problems using qualitative and quantitative research and analysis skills, inductive and deductive reasoning, abstract thinking, and root-cause analysis.  Support the development of solution roadmaps and release plans that satisfy client requirements and achieve business outcomes.  Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on the solution requirements against the roadmap.  Apply design thinking and user experience principles to design tools that are actionable, consumable, high quality and easy to use   Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with product stakeholders and customers to shape the product strategy and surface and prioritize needs.    What you’ll need.
  Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree (preferred)   2-4 years of work experience in academic or applied research or consulting  Outstanding project management skills involving internal and external stakeholders with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, multi-tasking environment.  Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.  Love quantitative/qualitative problem solving and are excited about defining and driving use cases, product features/requirements, roadmaps and release plans based on client needs.  Who you are.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is USD - USD.
Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
