Gartner is looking for a well-rounded Senior Project Manager/ScrumMaster who can provide project and program leadership for UX and technology projects involving Gartner’s Research business.
The candidate will be responsible for program and project management of key initiatives needed to build and run Gartner’s customer facing web sites, mobile applications and vendor integrations.
These include Gartner Product Portal sites, Gartner Marketing sites, Community applications, Mobile applications and integration with back office applications.
The candidate will be responsible for project deliverables, project schedule/budget, Relationship Management and Vendor Management.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in an Agile/SCRUM environment, has worked closely with business partners, has played a key role in supporting a customer-facing website, and has demonstrable experience managing relationships/expectations of the business and development teams.  What you will do.
Ensures Agile/Scrum process is implemented effectively and provides coaching at the team level to maximize its benefits Manage  small to large large teams, with multiple outside dependencies and 3rd party project team members Effectively communicates with cross functional teams and business stakeholders Facilitate discussions that lead to the resolution of project issues and development impediments Report project progress to management and executive level stakeholders Communicates the release plan with key stakeholders and end users Develop/Improve processes to continuously increase the efficiency and productivity of the team What you will need:  IT professional with 5-8  years of agile project management.
Candidate should have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills along with ownership and accountability.
Candidate should be a self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for flawless execution         Must have Knowledge of project tracking software like Jira -tracking, reporting, dashboard generation etc Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal         Nice to have Experience with leadership level status reports creation and presentation Experience working with a distributed team Experience in tracking projects following Kanban guidelines  Jira Dashboards and report creation Who you are Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.
Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions.
