SPECIALIST PERFORMANCE MONITORING

At Eni we are looking for a Performance Monitoring Specialist who, within the Nr Business Support & Services Management (NR BSS) function, will be responsible for providing support to the Planning, Monitoring and Reporting activities relating to the provision of services from Eni SpA HeadQuarters to other Natural Resources (NR) companies, ensuring the correct operational management of the job order issuing process and monitoring the structural costs of the NR General Management units.

Within the NR BSS team you will be responsible for.
Ensure monitoring of the overhead costs and workload of the NR General Directorate units and data analysis through collaboration with various HQ functions (mainly Administration, Planning and Control and Technical Units) and with Business Units abroad Monitor the operational management processes of job orders and verify the completeness of the data through the use of dedicated tools Support the service planning process by ensuring the correct feeding of the tools by the Business Units and HQ technical units within the pre-established times, guaranteeing continuous assistance and promoting improvement and/or corrective actions Consolidate supply and demand data for services, according to the reporting cycle (Budget, Strategic Plan, Forecast and Actual monthly), analysis of deviations vs.
forecast periods, previous years, etc.
Monitor Service KPIs (volumes, timeliness and recoverability), variance analysis towards forecast periods and previous years and data sharing with HQ and Business Unit technical units Prepare periodic reports, presentations and ad hoc documentation based on top management requests and in support of internal coordination tables, Panels Ensure client management activities for the relevant information tools, promote the development and evolution of the systems based on user needs and with direct connection to the competent ICT functions Consolidate and monitor the structural costs and workload of the NR General Management units, promote actions to improve and optimize the balance workload and study the chargeback rate within the cost control model in collaboration with Administration, Planning and Control.

Master's degree, different/lower qualifications may be taken into consideration in the event of significant experience in the field At least 3 years of experience; previous experience in Administration, Planning and Control and Project Area and/or Contract Management will be considered a plus Knowledge of the main project management techniques Knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint software; knowledge of SAP is appreciated Knowledge of the English language.
