ontribute to Powerboard Development.
Work on the forefront of powerboard technology, focusing on the design and optimization of firmware to enhance system performance and reliability, appreciating the complexity and detail-oriented nature of embedded and the management of physical systems.
ngage in Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Participate as a key member of a cross-functional platform team, collaborating closely with hardware, software and control engineers to create a cohesive and robust platform.
nhance System Integration.
Facilitate the integration of powerboard solutions within the broader system architecture, ensuring compatibility and efficiency across different components.
mplement Modern Software Practices.
Apply modern software development methodologies and best practices in the embedded domain, aiming to elevate the quality and maintainability of our firmware.
nfluence System-Wide Vision.
Contribute insights and expertise to the overall system vision, helping to shape innovative solutions that meet complex technical challenges.
esign new software features through agile development practices such as chartering, story-mapping, and regular stand-up meetings.

Skilled in C Programming for Embedded Systems.
You have extensive experience and skill in C programming, specifically for embedded systems, with a deep understanding of low-level peripherals and microcontroller programming.
Experience with ARM microcontrollers is highly regarded.
xperienced in Power System Firmware.
You have a strong background in developing firmware for power systems, including experience with power electronics, sensors, and actuators.
nowledgeable in Control Algorithms and Real-Time Systems.
You have experience with control algorithm development or integration, and are familiar with the challenges of hard real-time systems, including scheduling and performance optimization.
odern Software Development Advocate.
You are passionate about bringing modern development practices and technologies to embedded software development, aiming to improve efficiency, reliability, and team collaboration.

his is a full-time position, based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm/Stadshagen (Sweden) or in Porcia or Forlì (Italy).
t our Global Headquarters in Stockholm/Stadshagen (Sweden) we are ; nationalities under the same roof and we enjoy the look and feel of the office! Porcia and Susegana (Italy) are about 1-hour distance from the city of Venice.
Whereas Forlì (Italy) is 1-hour away from Bologna.
