Opto Engineering United States is currently looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. The resource will be in charge of processing and fulfilling orders and coordinating shipments, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all related operations. Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments from customers/providers against purchase orders and report any damage Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management software. Prepare and submit purchase orders to vendors Ship orders domestically and internationally: pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labelling Receive and confirm customer orders, using the company CRM Review and update orders on the company’ internal tracking system Support the Sales force in the processing of RMA Previous experience in a logistics office position will be a plus Precision and attention to detail Ability to lift weights Good manual dexterity and skills Good verbal and written skills Reliable Team player Benefits 401(K) plan Medical, dental and vision insurance A collaborative and stimulating environment working across industries Paid time off Sick leave Office Location : Houston – Richmond/Wilcrest (TX) Compensation : depending on experience and capabilities Hours : 8 hrs day, Monday to Friday / 40 hrs week Opto Engineering is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
