Purpose.
Contributes to the Environmental Health & Safety team by supervising individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
Leads processes and assignments for the Environmental Health & Safety team and supports organizational objectives and business goals.
Defines pr oject terms to meet objectives and goals of the Facilities Services area.
Directs work flow for strategic plans and serves as a primary point of contact for the team.
Responsabilities:  Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve Environmental Health & Safety goals.
Promotes environmental, health and safety culture through training and education solutions related to environmental, health and safety issues, practices and risks and coach others as the need arises.
Identifies and reviews hazards, risks, and opportunities on an ongoing and proactive basis and ensures that appropriate follow up actions are being implemented.
Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's objectives for the Facilities Services function.
Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.
Manages operational aspects of their team (e.
., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with Environmental Health & Safety team Qualifications Requirements.
A bachelor’ degree is required on related EHS areas, in EHS- Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health, Engineering or Chemistry (or University equivalent).
Valid EHS License (Local Requirement) EHS Virtual Training Qualification (50h – Local Requirement)  Advance knowledge of English A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience with multiple products and KPIs Experience with EHS Management System, Contractors Management, Emergency Response, High Risk Work Must have strong collaboration and influencing skills to partner effectively at all levels and across multiple groups in LATAM
