As a Dev Lead on the Retail Media’s Onsite Campaign Team, you’ll drive top-tier solutions to deliver a comprehensive platform that enables advertisers to define and manage targeted ad campaigns, streamlining the ad setup process.
Contribute actively to the design, coding and release of the new full-stack features Manage a team of 4+ developers in day-to-day basis as you mentor and support their career growth Design and implement sophisticated APIs that enable the campaign set up process for the Retail Media platform, as well as external users Understand product and customer priorities, and balance those against operational and technical needs Guarantee top quality code; practice code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests in a continuous integration environment Who You Are.
BS in Software Engineering or related field 5+ years of programming experience, writing code and unit tests in an Object-Oriented Programming language 1+ year managing an engineering team Competency in at least one of C#, Java, Scala Knowledge of front-end development using Angular or React Strong understanding of Computer Science (data structures, algorithms, optimization) Product minded.
