SENIOR SALES AND SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

Scelte Strategiche, Search & Selection firm, is seeking a Senior Sales & Supply Chain Analyst for an important pharmaceutical multinational company (job location.
Milan).
Purpose of the position He/she oversees and controls the sales and manage 2 warehouses, supporting the CFO in ensuring clear visibility over sales and optimal stock management.
He/she ensures the correct issue of invoices in compliance with current regulations and company procedures and the management of optical labels in compliance with the laws governing the traceability of the drug.
In addition, works in liason with the credit manager and teh customer service department to improve and maintain a good relationship with the customers   Main responsibilities & tasks of the role.
Sales & Analysis & Forecasting he/she supports in the preparation of sales reports to local management, carrying out monthly analyzes by product / customer / region / distribution channel.
He/she monitors the evolution of sales prices through periodic analyzes, supporting the interpretation of deviations from forecast data.
Partner with business in executing a rolling forecast monthly, challenging the integrity of the bottom up forecast   Inventory accounting Ensures the correct keeping of warehouse accounts by making monthly reconciliations with the deposits he/she collaborates with the customer service to ensure an adequate level of stocks at the two warehouses, organizes and coordinates the carrying out of the annual physical inventory Periodically he/she checks the slow moving of the product by monitoring KPIs.
He/she determines the amount of the stock obsolescence provision; he/she organizes product destruction in coordination with warehouses, customer service and accounting department.
he/she monitors the correct application of the FEFO method in order to minimize the risk of incurring unsold costs.
he/she supports the definition of the procurement plan through the inclusion in the supply chain systems of the sales rolling forecast and inventories in compliance with Corporate deadlines.
Optical stickers he/she determines and sends to the Ministry of Health the valorization of supplies to the structures of the National Health Service and the quantity of scrapped stamps (destroyed during the production process), as governed by the legislation relating to the traceability of the drug.
Client accounting / reporting he/she manages the customer database in the SAP management system, ensuring regular updating of both the data and the related operating manual he/she guarantees the correct issue of active invoices, monthly reconciling the invoiced quantities with the related inventory movements and ensuring the correct maintenance of the sales price in the SAP management system.
Verification of receipt of electronic invoices to the PA through constant monitoring of log files.
Provides for the correction and resubmission.
Reference point with the SAP competence center to adapt the xml record layout to current legislation.
Various Interface between IT and Business (internal departments such as Customer Service, Accounting) for the drafting of the project URS (eg.
Electronic Order Implementation, Electronic Invoicing, new reporting tools) Internal Controls.
he/she prepares the documentation for the annual SAP access review   Knowledge, abilities & experience.
Education / Certifications.
Degree in economics/Supply Chain Experience.
Ideal Minimum 5 years previous experience.
Proven knowledge of specific issues (warehouse accounting and logistics operation) Minimum Minimum 3 years previous experience in the role.
Proven knowledge of specific issues (warehouse accounting and logistics operation) Languages.
