SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER - PLANT & MODULE SOLUTIONS

The Industrial & Energy Technology business segment (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology, and life cycle services. We oversee and support installation, maintenance, and long-term planning of our industry-leading products at global customer sites. Partner with the best The role will focus on plant solution projects, both stick-built and modularized for the Oil & Gas or Energy industry. As a Senior Project Engineer – Plant & Module Solutions, you will be responsible for: Leading all the engineering functions/teams involved in the design effort, acting as the technical point of contact for the customer and technical leader for the project. Coordinating engineering partners for any technical aspect of the project, including the machinery team and construction partner. Coordinating between global engineering teams and manufacturing/partner sites to technically support flawless execution of all the activities needed. Coordinating with functional managers in setting realistic and stretching operational goals within the project, contributing to their accomplishment. Identifying and mitigating technical risks. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. Participating in proposal development and bid preparation for new projects. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance and reduce costs. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a background in Engineering. Have extensive experience (5+ years) in technical roles and Engineering Management (from EPC companies). Demonstrate project management skills, including the ability to manage project schedules and budgets, and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders. Have experience with complex projects and exposure to customers. Have good knowledge of rotating equipment and plant solutions. Have great oral and written English communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
