SENIOR PRACTICE MANAGER SOUTH (ITALY, IBERIA, PORTUGAL), PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, EMEA SOUTH AREA

As a Senior Practice Manager at AWS, you will be responsible for evolving and leading a practice of Professional Services Consultants working with customers and partners to sell and deliver innovative solutions in South countries (Italy, Iberia and Portugal).
You will routinely engage with Director, VP, C-level executives and governing boards and other senior leaders to win and lead successful IT transformations in Italy, Iberia and Portugal.
You will be responsible developing strategic plans to build and evolve AWS products and offerings.
You will drive opportunity capture and engagement delivery.
You will work closely with partner teams; driving business development initiatives and meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
You will build high performing teams of consultants with excellent sales skills, technical depth, and innovative customer relationship skills, all while encouraging career focused progression including capabilities of AWS.
