SENIOR PMO | BEARINGPOINT | TURIN/MILANO

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as Senior PMO, reporting directly to our Manager and manage the day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget in the IT/Automotive sector.
You will be based in our office in Turin or Milan, with a hybrid way of working.
What will you do?   Manage the assigned budget in terms of cost control and schedule deadlines; Prepare monitoring reports and documentation to support project management; Manage project team communication and collaboration; Support the business in defining project requirements and analysing technical and functional requirements, monitoring their execution; Ensuring the achievement of objectives and keeping projects on schedule; Whom are we looking for?   Master's degree in Management Engineering/Economics; Previous experience in the role of PMO (3-5 years), who has worked in IT/Automotive projects; Good knowledge of the Office package, thorough knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Fluency in Italian is a must; Good knowledge of written and spoken English; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Passion for the world of technology and innovation.

Project Management / Agile certifications; Good knowledge of French and German language.
