As Sr.
Noise Lab Engineer in our System Engineering team, you will be given the chance to work in an open-minded, international environment and to collaborate with experts from all over the world.
You will be responsible for driving the design of products for best-in-class noise and sound quality.
You will run acoustic analysis applying numerical and experimental tools, promoting the integration of multi-physic approach and virtual prototyping, while contributing to ensuring the availability of assets, tools, and competencies necessary to deliver future projects.

hat you'll do.
evelop acoustic and vibration solutions, integrating the experimental test (noise chamber, nozzle chamber, thermodynamic) and simulation (CFD, Noise & Vibration, Structural and Modal);Perform sound power measurements according to European Standard (IEC);Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis in collaboration with R&D, Quality Department and Product Care Department;Provide technical leadership in all noise-driven activities and projects;Collaborate in the creation of investment road map and definition of Lab capabilities to support all acoustic and vibration activities;Develop test manuals, design guidelines and best practices for acoustic and vibration activities;Develop guidelines for the design/selection of components and sub-assembly and for the integration of those components in more complex systems;Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement sound quality methodologies in domestic refrigerators;Implement DOE, optimization and statistical analysis tools;Closely interact with all R&D functions to ensure a seamless delivery of projects;Minimize trial and error activities and costs, and improve the “right first time” RFT result in prototype generationWho you are.
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent);3+ years’ experience in Acoustic and Vibration;Proven experience with acoustic tools and measurements.
