As a senior manager in the student support team, your role is to be efficient in coordination and management of daily operations across multiple brands, focusing on admissions, lead assignment, and stakeholder communication. The position requires proactive engagement with sales, admissions, and student services teams to ensure smooth progress on admission cases. Additionally, the role involves conducting team meetings, providing feedback, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. The individual is responsible for maintaining accurate reports, conducting audits, and addressing escalated issues. The overall aim is to optimize team performance, manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to the successful enrolment and visa progress of students for Canadian brands. Principal Accountabilities: Daily Attendance Reporting: Generate and send daily attendance reports for both brands. Lead Assignment: Assign new leads across both brands. Admissions Management: Work on admission cases and ensure timely placement on the admissions tracker. Coordinate efforts with Sales, SSO, and Admissions for swift progress on cases. Team Coordination: Conduct team huddles across both brands to discuss daily focus areas, challenges, and issues. Address and escalate issues raised during team huddles. Stakeholder Management: Participate in BOS calls for both brands, managing stakeholder expectations. Enrolment Monitoring: Oversee enrolment activities handled by the team, monitor for any no-shows, or missed enrolments. Report daily updates on UE enrolments scheduled for the day. Audits and Progress Tracking: Conduct random audits online items, ensuring leads assigned are actively pursued by the SSO team. Provide progress updates on brands enrolments and visa progress. Escalation Management: Address any escalation calls raised by the team, particularly those requiring the signing of IP. Post-shift Reporting: Extract and send post-shift reports, including the SSO daily activity report and updates on admission cases. Team Meetings and Feedback: Conduct team meetings with Deepak for discussions and updates. Provide one-on-one discussions with each team member, setting expectations and conducting mid-month reviews. Offer constant verbal and documented feedback on performance, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely updates on the MR sheet by providing regular feedback to SSO team members. Conduct random audits for both BSBI and UE, focusing on quality and completeness. Performance Observations and Guidance: Observe team working patterns and provide guidance on specific areas of improvement. Break down performance observations into actionable QIDs for team members to focus on. Weekly Reporting: Send a weekly Visa Progress report intake-wise for UE and BSBI. Provide color-coded assessments of SSO-wise progress. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in a related field is mandate. Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. SKILLS Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Strong understanding of student strategies and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Data-driven decision-making abilities. Proficiency in using CRM (Salesforce) and reporting tools. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets. Knowledge of ethical standards and compliance in education. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 8 plus years of relevant experience. Proven experience in a leadership role managing teams.
