Your Role We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager (m/f/d) Sales Excellence  to elevate the performance and efficiency of our sales organization.
In this role, you will take the lead in crafting and executing sales strategies, optimizing processes, build and leverage our AI capabilities and driving best practices to help our team achieve its revenue and performance goals.
Your strategic vision, analytical expertise, and leadership will play a key role in fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development.
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement sales strategies that align with our overall business objectives Process Optimization.
Identify areas for improvement across the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity Sales Enablement.
Develop and execute training programs, tools, and resources to improve the sales team’s skills and ability to meet targets Performance Analysis.
Track and analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and provide actionable insights that drive improvements CRM Management.
Further develop our next generation CRM system, developed in a co-innovation approach with SAP.
Oversee the effective use of the CRM system, ensuring high user adoption and sales impact generation Collaboration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product, and finance—to align strategies and support sales initiatives Coaching & Mentoring.
Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the sales team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence Best Practices Implementation.
Research and integrate industry best practices into sales management and customer engagement   Your Profile Education.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus Experience.
>3 years of experience in sales management, commercial excellence, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment Sales Systems Expertise.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools Leadership.
Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams Analytical/Process Skills.
Strong ability to analyze and design processes.
Analyse complex data, identify trends, and provide clear, actionable recommendations Communication.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others Problem-Solving.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate challenges effectively Project Management.
