SENIOR MANAGER, COMMUNICATIONS - GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY SALES

Description The Communications Manager will support the regional leader in the creation and implementation of crucial communications that support change management and the ongoing growth of our business.
This role sits within the Global Technology Sales communications team of our client facing business unit communications.
What you’ll do.
Support high priority communications and support the communications for our High Tech & Invest sales region.
Collaborate effectively across the Sales Communications team to learn and employ standards for articulating Gartner best practices.
Partner with our HT product organization on sales communications for the HT salesforce.
Adhere to globally consistent standards for articulating best practices – aligned to strategy and presented in context of the standard language and tools.
Coordinate with India Center of Excellence, providing feedback, guidance and next steps where appropriate.
Flawless execution required for all HT sales-facing content.
Work with corporate marketing on any sales tools and materials needed.
Ability to write and assess the quality of other written materials.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in high performance and often stressful environment.
Translate client requirements into quality content.
Must have the clout and confidence to hold firm on pre-determined guidelines.
Work closely with Sales leaders, BU leaders, IT partners, prioritizing content and workflow according to strategy.
Monitor, support and train content contributors and owners to keep their areas well maintained.
What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
5+ years’ experience working on executive-level communications.
Strong writing skills, great interpersonal skills, creativity, intellectual curiosity.
Must be able to handle curve balls and be comfortable with change and ambiguity.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to understand and apply strategy.
Strong organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn, self-starter.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is USD - USD.
Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
