Main Responsibilities Plans and oversees all repair and installation activities by evaluating a preventive or corrective maintenance strategy based on cost/benefit priorities. Ensures compliance with the Integrated Management System (quality, environment, health and safety at work) procedures and documents related to job responsibilities. Develops maintenance procedures and ensures program implementation. Responsible for increasing safety improvements into machinery safety matters. Implements UMS (Unilever Manufacturing Standards) on Professional Maintenance. Attends daily meetings in line with Run to Standard approach. Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades. Collects and analyzes processing performance data for continuous improvement. Works on the implementation of digital innovations and projects. What You Need to Succeed Educational Background: Engineering Master’s Degree, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Three to five years of previous similar experience. Language Skills: Native in Italian, Fluent in English. Time Management Skills: Extremely well-organized, precise and able to multi-task with excellent prioritizing and time-management skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
