Position Jakala is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Tech Architect to lead an important international project aimed at redefining and envisioning the overall digital customers experience throughout their entire journey, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Senior Digital Tech Architect to lead an important international project aimed at redefining and envisioning the overall digital customers experience throughout their entire journey, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objective The Senior Digital Tech Architect will also be responsible for strengthening our Tech Consulting CX Solutions practice and will: Regularly collaborate and find agreement with senior stakeholders, providing directions and constructive challenges that will contribute to grow our Tech Consulting CX solutions practice. Be proactive in identifying problems and proposing actionable solutions Design and oversee the implementation of complex digital solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and reliable Work closely with cross-functional international teams, including strategy, technology, creativity, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital customer experience and apply them to drive innovation within the organization. Mentor and coach junior the Tech Consulting CX Solutions team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. You are perfect for this position if you have: At least 10 years of experience in digital businesses and technolgies Proficiency in modern digital technologies, including front end and back end technologies, as well as CMS and customer experience platforms Proven track record in leading large-scale tech international projects. Previous experience in managing large teams Proactive, resilient, agile and energized by the achievement of results Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
