So you should be comfortable using data and user research to build a strategy and roadmap that drives outcomes.

Collaborate closely with a team of engineers, designers, and marketers to create an internal product that empowers our marketing, brand, and product teams  Continuously conduct, analyze, and share out research with internal users Strategically define your product’s roadmap based on established goals and user needs Work within time constraints and manage high priority initiatives to meet business critical needs What you’ll bring to the team.
Must have.
5+ years in a product management or product adjacent role Intellectual curiosity and a passion to understand the “why” Experience developing user stories in an agile environment Experience in user interviewing and testing Experience with low-code/no-code tools Understanding of UX best practices that drive user activation and business outcomes Experience with A/B testing tools and Google Analytics Solid stakeholder and executive presentation skills Interest in contributing to a collegial work environment that values radical candor, diverse perspectives, and team-based innovation Don’t meet every single requirement?
