Candidate will be placed in the team of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (AI) with an entrepreneurship soul and a focus on not only financial institutions' digitalization processes but also cross-sectoral real-world applications of AI.
The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering and leadership skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Leading development of PoCs and/or AI products in technical areas of AI like Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) on big tabular data Collaborate with both local and global data science business translators and clients from different industries Eager to follow literature, research, prototype, implement and evaluate applications of state-of-the-art ML/DL algorithms in real-world data science problems Lead analytical tasks like ML algorithm design, implementation, validation and testing Lead integration of the resulting system/software into existing production environment Willingness to multi-task, learn new technologies in a lean development environment Contribute to research papers and attend conferences REQUIREMENTS.
Having a Bsc., Msc.
or having/pursing PhD.
degree in Machine Learning, Deep Learning or related fields of Computer Science and Data Science 3 - 5+ years of strong academic and/or industry experience in Machine Learning Proficiency and hands-on experience in coding with Python Experience in MLOps pipeline development Hands-on academic and/or industry experience on one or more of the frameworks and libraries.
pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, pyspark, tensorflow, keras, pytorch, Know-how on container platforms and on-cloud deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus Experience in relational SQL and NoSQL (Redis, Mongo DB, Cassandra) databases Strong understanding of object-oriented programming languages Computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, run-time analysis, object-oriented design patterns Experience in Linux/Unix operating system Experience with code versioning systems (git) SOFT SKILLS.
