Role Purpose We are excited to share an incredible opportunity for a Senior Creative YouTube Channel manager to join The Wild for a Womens Jewellery & Fashion brand. The Senior Creative YouTube channel manager will play a central role in defining, executing and leading the growth of a high-impact jewellery brand launching on YouTube. This role involves overseeing and managing all channel operations, audience development and creative positioning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing, leading and growing consumer brand YouTube channels, with a deep understanding of audiences and the role of YouTube in a wider content ecosystem. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies tailored to each client, encompassing video concepts, thumbnail designs, and overarching channel vision Collaborate closely with client and internal teams to ensure seamless video production, providing necessary guidance and resources to achieve high-quality content Manage and structure YouTube scheduling, adhering to platform best practices and benchmarks. Be front and centre with the client. Leading workshops, reporting and attending and leading client meetings. Lead creative and editor in ‘always on’ agile content. Collaboratively lead and guide a team of cross functional stakeholders, fostering a creative and productive environment to consistently deliver exceptional content Utilise data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate channel performance, identify trends, and refine strategies for optimal growth. Stay abreast of YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities to innovate and create viral content strategies for client channels Offer constructive feedback to creative teams on video content to enhance engagement and performance metrics Identify operational bottlenecks and strategise scalable solutions to accelerate channel growth and efficiency Qualifications: Proven track record in YouTube strategy development and channel growth, demonstrating a deep understanding of YouTube's best practices and algorithm dynamics. Extensive hands-on experience with YouTube channel management (essential) Extensive experience in video editing, thumbnail design, copywriting, and YouTube analytics. Strong dedication and commitment to achieving results, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively. Exceptional organisational abilities and adeptness at handling diverse tasks under pressure Capacity to manage feedback constructively and maintain composure in high-pressure situations Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interactions and team collaboration Ambitious and self-motivated, driven to deliver significant impact and drive channel success Ideally, experience in team leadership or management within a creative or business environment Familiarity with fashion, beauty and women's lifestyle sectors particularly in relation to content strategies, is advantageous We want you to add to our culture At Jungle Creations, we aim to ensure our workforce reflects the diverse society we live in.
