One of Europe's leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is currently looking for a resource person to join specialized Insurance teams working on consulting projects for medium and large insurance operators.
ACTIVITIES.
Services and supports to the strategic and commercial planning of insurance players through market analysis projects, evaluation of the competitive positioning of operators and benchmarking of insurance offerings, both with reference to the Italian market and the main international markets Analysis services and support to Product and Compliance functions for regulatory compliance in the areas of POG, V4M, IDD,...
Design of processes/service models and IT implementation of tools to support distribution networks of insurance companies Design and implementation of new digital distribution models aimed at the end customer Business development, customer research and activation of new projects EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.
Bachelor's degree with excellent grades in business/finance or engineering disciplines Prior experience of at least 3-4 years within insurance consulting firms, insurance companies or leading brokerage firms Knowledge of the insurance business with a focus on product, sales, marketing and strategic planning issues Experience in information system implementation projects supporting sales and consulting activities of insurance brokerage business networks in the area of Personal Financial Planning SOFT SKILLS.
Willingness to travel frequently throughout the country Excellent diagnostic, problem solving, communication, work organization, time management and teamwork skills Good knowledge of English and knowledge of a second foreign language is welcome.
