Job Description The Opportunity.
Mattel is currently seeking for a Senior Category Management Analyst EMEA, who is eager to learn and develop himself or herself in a multinational and challenging environment.

Build Amazon category strategy for IPS and Vehicles.
growth ambition, activation focus, marketing campaign, input into media team for brand search strategy and DSP campaign.
Define optimal product range and recommend quotas to sales team.
Category and brand performance analysis (Profitero, Circana…) to understand category opportunity.
Develop DSP campaign creative and Amazon brand store creatives with agency partners.
Brief product and campaign priorities to the media team.
Work closely with regional marketing to maximize regional brand plans and with local brand managers and KAMs to maximise local plans on Amazon (retail and marketing).
Recommend strategy for key promotional moments (Prime Day, Black Friday).
Develop additional relevant initiative to drive Amazon business.
Partner with CP teams (Disney, Universal, Warner) to support key item launch.
Best in class execution.
SIOC transition, optimised SEO titles, audit of page quality, shop in shop update...
Qualifications What We’re Looking For.
Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration (Bachelor / Masters / Diploma) or equivalent qualification.
Commercial/marketing experience (minimum 3 years working experience).
Experience working across multiple EMEA markets is an advantage.
A strategic thinker and a disciplined operator, able to continually improve processes and refine best practice, while also knowing when quick action needs to be taken to achieve results.
Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders in a matrix organisation, building strong collaborative relationships & establishing themselves as a subject matter expert.
Able to juggle multiple conflicting priorities and to be at ease with ambiguous situations.
Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves Fluent English.
