SENIOR ANALYTICS ENGINEER

You will be the key player in building and maintaining our core data infrastructure, ensuring scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines, while driving business insights through advanced data models.
Location   Vienna (hybrid), Milan (remote), fully remote   Your Role in Our Journey   Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our company-wide data models to empower business teams with reliable and actionable data insights.
Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to develop and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Spearhead data modeling efforts, implementing best practices for ETL and data transformation using DBT.
Mentor and support Data & business teams in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data products.
Implement CI/CD processes and API development to streamline and enhance our data workflows.
Ensure data governance standards are followed to maintain a clean, accurate, and efficient data environment.
Contribute to data-driven decision making through collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting marketing, product, and other business domains.
Your Impact   4+ years of experience as a Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist or similar role, focusing on building and optimizing data models and pipelines.
Proven expertise with DBT and SQL for developing scalable data transformations and models.
Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, ETL processes, and advanced analytics.
Experience in data modeling (Kimball dimensional modeling, Data Vault etc..), with a deep understanding of designing clean, scalable, and efficient data architectures.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent) and experience with modern data warehousing.
Familiarity with CI/CD best practices for deploying data pipelines, as well as API development for enhanced data accessibility.
Nice to have.
Experience with data science techniques, statistical analysis, and the ability to collaborate with data science teams.
