The Senior Analyst, Technology Leader (TL) provides technology direction and project execution for the North America Pharmaceutical franchises and supporting Commercial functions.
In this capacity, the TL will provide leadership around relationship management, project/program management, business analysis, quality, and compliance.
The position requires direct interaction with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and/or Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions teams to understand the demand required by these departments.
This includes assessing the current state and identifying technology solutions that deliver business strategies for the franchise.
This position will drive project execution from the beginning of client engagement through delivery of the final project objectives.
Key Responsibilities.
Partner with our business teams in planning, needs analysis and business risk assessment, aligning current and future processes to changes in technology and collaborating with partners on how to best support the business through the effective use of technology.
Drive results from internal and external project team members and timely deliverables.
Provide written and verbal communication (status reports, progress reports, and documentation) to team leaders and business partners Implement technology-driven, innovative, and user-focused solutions tailored to meet customer-specific needs and expectations.
Liaison between Technology Product Groups and business partners to understand business processes and priorities and confirm technology demand.
Conduct user testing throughout product lifecycle development and apply critical thinking to identify, track, tackle, and call out impediments.
Contribute to projects and processes under minimal direction.
Perform basic analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance activities with minimal direction Coordinate key project tasks and milestones utilizing existing Project Management and SDLC tools and methodologies.
Provide application and system triage support for internal users.
Support business teams in vetting potential partners Drive timely management/response to all risks, issues and opportunities that can affect the project.
Partner with business teams to present new and innovative ideas while handling expectations and commitments.
Establish roles and responsibilities between internal technology teams and external agencies to build an effective and collaborative partnership.
Partner with other technology teams to advance efficiency and impact.
Share standard methodologies across the broader Technology organization.
Follow and implement all local and worldwide security policies to ensure that J&J information assets are appropriately identified, valued, and protected.
Understand and apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications Education.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree At least 3 years of relevant experience in Information Technology within healthcare or life sciences is required Experience and Skills.
Required.
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required Strong project planning and coordination skills are required Experience communicating technical details along with concepts/solutions at a higher level to internal customers is required The ability to perform tasks independently and achieve results in a dynamic environment is required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, and operate with perseverance and integrity in a sophisticated, high-profile, and evolving environment is required.
Preferred.
Formal business analysis and project management experience is preferred Experience in life sciences and the healthcare industry with a focus on customer engagement and product management is preferred.
Experience operating in an Agile environment and communicating/documenting using Agile project management tools (e.
.
Jira) Other.
Up to 15% travel, primarily in the NJ & PA area with occasional domestic travel is required The base pay range for this position is $ #JNJTech The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
