Job Description Versatilist is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior AI Advisor to join our team in Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence to drive cutting-edge projects and provide strategic guidance to our clients. As a Senior AI Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping AI strategies, developing advanced AI solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of AI initiatives across various industries. Responsibilities AI Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of AI strategies for Versatilist and our clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements. Project Leadership: Oversee AI projects from conception to deployment, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Technical Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of AI techniques, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, to solve complex business problems. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and develop tailored AI solutions that drive business value. Innovation and Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research and developments, continuously exploring new methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance our AI capabilities. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive AI solutions. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior AI professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Business Development: Identify new AI opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and support sales efforts to expand Versatilist's AI services. Industry Representation: Represent Versatilist at industry conferences, seminars, and forums, showcasing our AI expertise and thought leadership. Skills AI Proficiency: Extensive experience with AI technologies and frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and more. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading AI projects from concept to completion. Client Focus: Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional client service. Communication: Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Team Management: Effective leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing AI professionals. Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically and drive the development of innovative AI solutions that align with client goals and industry trends.
