Job Description About the position We have an excellent opportunity available for a Scheduling Intern to make a difference at Kraft Heinz, Plasmon Latina Plant.
The Scheduling Intern lies within the EPDM Western Europe Operations BU.
You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
You’ll be reporting into Senior Factory Scheduler, Valerio Berna Berionni.
Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.
In brief, you will be.
Support in scheduling of raw materials and packs materials activities.
Responsibilities & accountabilities Support scheduling activities and maintaining lead times of material into the systems; Support for maintaining safety stock and min-max levels, re-order points, MRP forecasted demand in order to reduce lead times while at the same time reducing excess inventory exposure; Entering and generating purchase orders into the system; Analyzes MRP requirements and schedules / promised ingredients deliveries dates; Scheduling KPI DB update and presentation drafting; Release of production purchase orders; Vendor follow-up; Support on departmental process improvement projects (WoW).
Qualifications Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
Hard Skills MS Office (in particular Excel) ERP System & SAP (nice to have) Fluent in English Background Education.
Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering Professional Attributes Communication Skills - People are easily be exposed to senior management, no matter their level.
Therefore, it’s important to have excellent interpersonal skills, to take care of all kinds of different collaborators.
