SAMPLING AND PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Collaborate with the Business Development Head to manage sampling and production orders from clients.
Prepare accurate purchase orders based on client specifications for the factory teams in Mumbai.
Track and follow up on sampling orders, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Maintain comprehensive season-wise records of all orders received for reference and analysis.
Schedule and conduct meetings with existing clients to discuss seasonal orders and requirements.
Monitor sampling received each season and liaise with clients for production follow-ups.
Provide creative inputs and mood boards to the design team at the Milaaya Factory to guide swatch creation.
Assist in payment collection against invoices from clients, if necessary, ensuring financial transactions are handled smoothly.
Contribute to the management of the office/showroom in Milan, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Skills and Qualifications.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with purchase order processes and production coordination.
Creative flair for providing design inputs and mood boards.
Experience in client relationship management.
Proficient in office/showroom management.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
