The person hired for this role is expected to guide users through the Salesforce adoption process and resolve day to day issues. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to setup and configuration of the system, work with Salesforce CRM support, multiple user groups, global teams and vendors of external applications, assist in training, user adoption and reporting, ensure data quality and consistency, provide suggestions to sales and marketing management to improve efficiency and productivity. 5-7 years of hands on experience on salesforce administration Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, is required Worked on Salesforce Administration project Knowledge of apex, apex triggers, Visualforce, HTML, Lightening Flows, Process Builder, Permission Set, Validation Rule, Workflow Rule and other SF Admin Activities Must be individual contributor and able to manage strict deadlines We acknowledge receipt of your resume for a position at Global University Systems and sincerely appreciate your interest in our company.
