This position reports to Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within Motion Business Area, in line with the division strategy.
Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

#LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motors & Generators Division in Friuli-Venezia Giulia Area.
You\ull be responsible for sales in the assigned area.
Main stakeholders are Oem\us, Distributors, End Users.
You will be mainly accountable for.
\uEnsuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers related to the Motors portfolio.
Low voltage motors, Medium voltage motors and Nema motors.
\uManage sales target volumes, product & solutions mix.
\uIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, developing also news customers.
\uEnsure your customers an unforgettable professional experience Analyze different customers\u needs to offer them a customized solution \uCommunicating to the customers about details related to ABB\us offering and strategy.
Qualifications for the role You have at least 5 years of experience working as Sales Specialist You are passionate about sales and you have the ability to establish good relationships with customers Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Friuli- Venezia Giulia), at least 3 days per week Knowledge of Electric Motors, experience with direct market as OEM' Machinery and Distributors.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of Office, Salesforce (plus) Preferred a technical diploma/degree in Engineering field (mechanical/ electrotechnical).
