About the role.
We are looking for an Internal sales in our IoT, Data & AI business unit.
The person will be responsible for processes and vendors pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio Responsibilities.
Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes Manages customer backorder and Reportalong specialist knowledge and engages in “intelligent project fishing” Manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities Knowledge Skills and Experience 3-5 years of experience Numerate with good attention to detail Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills Priority management and planning skills Strive to achieve set targets Understands Sales Process Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM A knowledge of Data & AI product set and IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential Fuent in Italian and English What do we offer.
