Join Electrolux Professional Group as SALES MANAGER ITALY (and SWITZERLAND) - PROFESSIONAL FOOD PREPARATION EQUIPMENT ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Sales Manager for Italy and Switzerland, to promote DITO SAMA brand (Food Preparation equipment) product ranges to consultants, dealers, and end-users in the dynamic preparation segment. Your mission will be to generate profitable growth for the brand. Ability to establish credibility and trust, by demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of customers' business and needs. Professionalism and technical competence. Self-motivating and independent, able to organize and prioritize own and others' workload. Ability to contribute positively to a remote team. Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to influence others. Master’s degree in economics or culinary art is a plus. Approximately 5 years’ experience in sales through B2B channels (preferably in HoReCa or Bakery/Pastry sector). Experience as a chef in HoReCa or Pastry/Bakery is mandatory. Fluent Italian and good English levels are mandatory; French or German is a plus. Available to travel approximately 75% of the work time. ABOUT YOUR TASKS In this role you will: Manage sales by product type and by segment. Manage a team of External Agents throughout Italy. Support our agents/distributors by training them on our products and solutions, providing them with sales materials and information. Organize product demonstrations with users, referents, and resellers, and in this capacity, you will be responsible for equipment supply. Take part in promotional activities to develop specific categories, regions, or segments. Participate in dedicated trade shows, conventions, and other relevant events. Implement the company’s sales policy; you will monitor operations, the use and conditions of our products by distributors, credit limits, and customer payments. As part of your mission, you will also: Use our internal tools, in particular Salesforce (CRM), to manage your activity and capitalize on all customer data. Conduct regular prospecting of potential customers and partners in your geographical area. Act as the operational interface between the field and the plant's various support departments.
