Your day at NTT DATA What you'll be doing You will be part of our Italian Sales Team as Sales Manager and you report to VP Sales and Sales Operations.
Your role is a combination of management, selling, coaching and leadership activities, with the objective of enabling your sales team to meet the sales targets assigned to them.
As a Sales Manager you will be part of One NTT organization and your role will be key to drive NTT value proposition and all services and solutions portfolio to our customers.
Working at NTT The Sales Manager takes responsibility for managing a team of Client Managers and the primary objective is to achieve sales targets and to drive the business through effective allocation of customer set and targets and providing coaching and support to the Team.
Your main responsibilities will be.
Work with local VP Sales and decision makers to assist with the development of a local sales strategy that will deliver the strategic objectives as outlined in the regional organisational sales plan.
Define the way the Client Managers will approach the market and to determine the targets that they should achieve and strive to exceed.
Ensure that sales procedures and policies as defined by the sales leadership are implemented and followed.
Drive the alignment to the sales and organisational strategies by creating operational plans and identifying areas for continuous improvement in the sales process.
Engage in account planning and assist the Client Managers in opportunity qualification for large or complex deals.
Collaborate with account team to leverage NTT capabilities and create a strong client satisfaction journey.
Act as a coach and advisor that assists the Client Managers and all Sales Team to set and keep to priority activities.
Take final responsibility for the update and accuracy of sales systems, sales reports and sales forecast.
To be successful in this role you are asked.
Bachelor's or master’s degree in economics/technology field or equivalent Extended relevant experience in similar role within ICT Market (preferred system integration business).
Strong experience in managing and coaching a sales team.
Extended experience dealing with clients and engaging with different stakeholders and decision makers.
Able to work in multinational environment.
Fluent in English Proficient in using sales tools as Salesforce Business acumen Strong capabilities in motivating people and managing complex negotiations.
