The team makes sure that orders are compliant with contracts and prepares a package of documents for further booking.
SBO is responsible as well for the preparation of official letters and statements which are shared with partners for example for tender purposes.
Your role.
Support the Contract Management team in day-to-day operations, with a particular emphasis on tendering processes.
Utilize SAP and other relevant tools to efficiently manage both standard and non-standard orders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales personnel, Account Managers, and Marketing teams, to facilitate the preparation and submission of tender documents, Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, implementing Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the SBO function.

A background in law, business, economics, or a related field would be a plus.
You are fluent in Italian and communicative in English.
You possess proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
You have strong organizational and communication skills.
You showcase a proactive mindset, multitasking abilities, and an openness to continuous learning.
