FIORELLA RUBINO è un brand del Gruppo Mirogliodi abbigliamento femminile curvy, dedicato alle donne che amano esprimersi con confidenza attraverso la moda e uno stile casual femminile in grado di valorizzare al meglio il bello del loro corpo. Donne vere, empatiche, ironiche e solari, libere di piacere e di piacersi. La tua opportunità: Entrerai a far parte del team Fiorella Rubino e avrai l’opportunità di contribuire attivamente alla crescita del brand, promuovendo un’eccellente customer experience. La tua missione: Promuovere la migliore customer experience, allineata al brand. Gestire la relazione con la cliente coinvolgendola e suscitando il suo interesse in tutte le fasi del percorso di acquisto. Comprendere il punto di vista della cliente, i suoi desideri e le sue esigenze. Consolidare la relazione con la cliente, fidelizzandola. Contribuire all’implementazione di azioni utili al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato. Potrai essere dei nostri se: Hai un’esperienza nel ruolo di Sales Advisor (o Sales Assistant). Hai un approccio fortemente “data driven”. Hai una visione “customer centric”. Hai un forte mindset imprenditoriale e l’ambizione a contribuire alla crescita del brand e dell’azienda. Hai un forte orientamento al risultato. Hai buone capacità comunicative e di team working.
