What you’ll do: You will join the team of Anti-Financial Crime and Risk Management and in particular in the Risk Management function reporting directly to Risk Management Senior Manager. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the coordination and oversight of the Risk Management Framework, which includes the identification, assessment, management, and monitoring of all corporate risks. In particular, as a Risk Management Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and continuously updating the corporate risk map, identifying both current and potential risks. You will also support the coordination of the annual risk assessment process across all entities within the Group, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of mitigation plans and risk indicators. Additionally, you will collaborate on developing specialized risk methodologies with the other areas of the team such as Fraud Management, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and third-party risk management. Who you are: You have at least three years of experience in a similar role or consultancy firms. You have a degree in Economics, Engineering, or mathematical disciplines. You have excellent knowledge of Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written. You are proactive, a problem solver, accurate in your deliverables, and open to developing competencies in new subjects. You know how to work in a team, organize and schedule activities, interacting with multiple and heterogeneous stakeholders. Preferably, you also have: Previous experience in Enterprise Risk Management or in other risk areas (fraud management, third-party risk management, etc.).
