RETAIL - VISUAL MERCHANDISER

The Visual Merchandiser reports to the Visual Merchandising Manager Emea and works closely with the local Sales and Marketing Team.
He/she is responsible to guarantee the best possible implementation of the visual merchandising concepts and shop windows and collects feedback from dealers, analyses the efficiency of activities and contributes in the development of new tools.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities.
- Ensures the correct implementation of international guidelines, evaluates visual merchandising activities and guides corrective action where needed - organizes trainings on visual merchandising concepts for the Brand Representatives and Sales Assistants Skills and competencies we are looking for.
- 3+ years of experience in VM or a similar position - Experience in the luxury or fashion sector - English & Italian is a must have, French is an advantage - Good organizational skills & experience in project management - High willingness to travel Workplace.
