RETAIL - VISUAL MERCHANDISER

We are looking for a role of Visual Manager Dach for one or the most important italian luxury brand.
The manager will be based in Monaco di Baviera, Germany.
The candidate is responsible for creating compelling in-store displays, windows and full brand presentation standards to drive traffic and increase sales revenue with significant understanding of overall business strategy to develop and implement visual plans in line with the brand image.
The candidate travels into the stores of Dach Market for monitore the imagine of the company.
Main accountabilities.
- Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the stores - Ensure the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, and target market.
- Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
- Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
- Production & implementation of retail projects and events, based on retail and market calendar.
- Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy.
- Monitoring costs and working within budget.
Skills and capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, interior design, retail management, or a related field.
- Fluent English and German languages – Italian Knowledge will be a plus - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Adobe Creative Suite - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
