BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Support the Merchandising Manager RTW ensuring a global consistency in buying yet managing a tailored assortment by market in order to guarantee the correct balance between the full representation of the brand image and the optimization of sales results.

In this role, you will.
Support the Merchandising Manager RTW in the following activities.
Trends and Competitors analysis; During the buying campaign/ after product briefing, support markets on questions regarding occasion of use/collection segmentation; Central buying (mandatory selection & global quantity indication) for RTW, HQ Capsule & Look image distribution; Support Markets to ensure consistency with buying guidelines during the buying campaign and before final submission; Seasonal Launch Plan & Monthly Launch Deck; Business monitoring by channel/markets/collection to optimize sales results and product flow among areas; Create a structured contact with markets to monitor the local situation and drive them in managing the business result; Collaborate with business stakeholders (retail planning, brand functions) to monitor and execute merchandising strategies and targets; Manage and support seasonal budget creation by region/category with retail planning.

For this role, we’re looking for someone with.
At least 3 years in Retail Merchandising or Planning within a Fashion & Luxury company, preferably with a focus on menswear; Degree in Economics or Management Engineering; Solid analytic skills; Advanced knowledge of Excel; Excellent knowledge of Power Point, Power BI is considered as a plus; Accuracy and attention to details; Strong communication and presentation skills; Strong personal interest for the luxury business; Availability to travel; Fluent in English, other languages as a plus.
