RETAIL HEAD OF DESIGN

Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a creative and innovative Retail Head of Design to join our Retail Team! Are you looking for a team management role, without giving up the creative side of design? Then this is the perfect job for you! Reporting to the Retail Director, you will be responsible for the management of the Designer Department as well as for the development and management of big retail design projects for international Clients. The projects will focus on the ideation and development of brand/flagship stores, shop in shop, corners, islands, and innovative digital and interactive displays. Roles & Responsibilities: Management and coordination of the Design department Creation, development and execution (3D modelling & renderings) Management of the various steps of the project and day-to-day activities related Meeting clients with account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job Feasibility study (Technical skills) External suppliers coordination and project estimation Project implementation and delivery Required Skills: Minimum 7 years’ experience as Senior Project Designer Proven experience in the retail field Proven experience in team management Excellent in 3D (modeling and rendering) Experience managing external/internal stakeholders Autonomy, stress management, accuracy Proactive approach, creative and innovative Strong time management skills Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken Team approach Please note: APPLICATION WITHOUT PERSONAL PORTFOLIO WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
