Role Overview.
We’re seeking a dynamic Provider Success Manager to lead all aspects of our provider (supply) side operations.
This role focus on the day-to-day relationship management with our healthcare providers, ensuring they are onboarded successfully, engaged, and retained.
You will deal with success metrics like provider activation, provider success, retention rates and provider satisfaction scores.
The role also involves managing provider sourcing and activation processes.
If you have a background in operational management in tech companies or account management, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities.
Drive Provider Success.
Guide providers through onboarding and help them leverage the platform to reach their goals.
Build Strong Relationships.
Serve as a trusted point of contact, maintaining consistent and positive communication with providers to build long-term partnerships.
Performance Metrics.
Track and improve key success metrics, including provider activation, retention rates, satisfaction scores, and ongoing engagement on the platform.
Reporting.
Regularly report insights and progress to the CEO, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Recruitment & Outreach.
Design and manage targeted outreach campaigns to identify and attract qualified doctors to our platform.
Candidate Evaluation.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet our high standards and fit our community.
Credential Verification.
Evaluate doctors' credentials across different countries and languages to confirm their qualifications and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
Onboarding Improvement.
Continuously refine and enhance the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new doctors.
Supplier Satisfaction.
Proactively engage with doctors to resolve issues quickly, gather feedback, provide suggestions, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with Doctorsa.
Product Mindset.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and contribute to the development of new features or processes.
What We’re Looking For.
Experience.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in customer success, account management, operations management, or relationship management.
Recent roles in partner success or operations within digital marketplaces are highly relevant, especially within a startup or fast-growing company.
Excellent Communicator and Relationship Builder.
Strong proficiency in English (C1/C2 level or equivalent) for effective interviewing and relationship management.
Suppliers see you as a trusted contact, and you’re skilled at balancing immediate support with longer-term solutions for satisfaction and retention.
Operational Mindset.
You thrive in the day-to-day tasks of supporting and engaging providers.
Whether it’s resolving issues, guiding providers through platform features, or making sure their needs are met, you’re hands-on and detail-focused to keep things running smoothly.
Metrics-Driven.
You know how to measure success with tangible metrics—like activation rates, retention, and satisfaction scores—and are comfortable using data to enhance supplier experience and engagement.
Proactive & Problem-Solver.
Takes initiative to identify and solve challenges, improving processes and outcomes.
Continuous Improver.
You know how to gather feedback from suppliers and translate it into actionable insights.
