REGULATORY AFFAIRS COUNSEL - RED BULL, FAENZA

Regulatory Affairs Counsel Red Bull Faenza, Italy We are looking for a passionate Regulatory Affairs Counsel who will be responsible for supporting the Head of Legal in a variety of regulatory and compliance topics, including the Formula One Championship regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES All the responsibilities we'll trust you with.
F1 REGULATORY FRAMEWORK Support the Head of Legal in overseeing the developments of the F1 regulations; Draft and revise the relevant procedures; Work with the Head of Legal and the relevant departments to collect feedback and proposals to be submitted to the regulatory bodies.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT Develop and maintain digital archive systems for legal files, cases, and developments for the relevant matters.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE Support the Head of Legal in overseeing the developments of the applicable laws and regulations, to assure company’s legal compliance; Work with the relevant departments to monitor the application of the governance policies and the necessary adjustments.
EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role.
Law degree (master’s degree); Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of Italian is a plus; Previous experience (minimum 2 years) related to F1 regulatory matters in other F1 teams, regulatory bodies, or in law firms with specific expertise; Proactive personality and strong organizational skills; Computer literacy; Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; Ability to work effectively in a team.
