Job Description We are looking for one receptionist to welcome our guests at bis Firenze Nord Aeroporto.
As the first point of contact for our hotel, the receptionist will play a crucial role to impact positively our guest.
If you are reliable, cheerful and enjoy working with people then this is the role for you! Qualifications Responsibilities.
Check in and check out Allocation rooms coordinating with the housekeeping department.
Anticipating guests needs and handle their inquiries.
Having a complete knowledge of the hotel, including room types, relative features and facilities, rates, F&B outlets and promotions, etc.
During the night shift, you are responsible for the activities such as.
hotel closing, cash collection, and anticipating the needs of the next day.
Requirements.
Have gained experience, even short, in a similar role (preferably in a hotel context).
Ability to work independently and independently.
Attention to detail and customer orientation.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, the knowledge of a third language will be highly evaluated Additional Information What we offer you.
